Reservation conditions

To guarantee your reservation, we require your credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram (i.e. the 3 last digits on the back of your card).

To confirm your reservation, we will charge a deposit amounting to 25% of your stay’s total fee. The remainder of the fee for services provided will be settled directly at the Hotel Le Mas des Oliviers. The same applies to additional offers and services.

For reservations for less than two nights, no deposit fee will be charged to your card. Please settle the total fee for your stay when leaving the Hotel Le Mas des Oliviers.

For reservations for over 3 rooms, requests must imperatively be sent directly to hotel management, who reserves the right to accept or cancel the reservation.

Your reservation, once approved by our reservation service and guaranteed by your credit card number, is deemed to be firm and final (except in the event of a withdrawal, according to cancellation terms & conditions). Issuance of your credit card number constitutes a binding agreement with the Hotel Le Mas des Oliviers and implies your acceptance of our sales conditions.

Reservation is guaranteed according to the rates and conditions stated for the chosen period of time.

Rates may be amended by the establishment if the number of persons occupying the room(s) differs from the number of persons stated in the reservation.

These rates and conditions may not be renewed for further reservations.

Cancellation conditions

All cancellations must be issued by fax, e-mail or postal mail.

We advise you to purchase cancellation insurance, as reservation deposits will be neither refunded, nor deferred for further reservations.

Fees for a cancelled or shortened stay, regardless of the reason provided, will be neither refunded, nor deferred; this clause also applies in the event of failure to show up at the hotel.

Regarding credit card deposits, in the event of a last-minute cancellation – i.e. less than 3 days before your date of arrival –, the fee for the first night will be charged.
